These terms apply when you give Esthetique Dentistry of Ashburn your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages.
What we will send
Appointment confirmations, reminders and recare notices; links to the registration and health-history forms you need before a visit; and occasional practice updates. We will not send you marketing from anyone else.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call the practice on (703) 729-6222. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to receive care, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of treatment or of any purchase.
Your mobile information
We do not sell or share your mobile information, or your text-message opt-in and consent, with any third party for promotional or marketing purposes. We share it only with the vendors that deliver the messages — our messaging platform and the telephone carriers — and only for that purpose.
What we will not send by text
We do not send detailed clinical information, test results, or account balances by text message. Where something needs to be discussed in detail we will ask you to call the practice or will direct you to a secure page.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
