Appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and a chair left empty at short notice cannot usually be offered to another patient.

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Fees
Cancellations, missed appointments, or reschedules requested less than 48 hours before your appointment carry a charge of:
$75 — for appointments up to one hour.
$200 — for appointments longer than one hour.
Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen and we will be considerate in those situations. Please call the practice on (703) 729-6222 as early as you can and tell us what has happened.
Insurance does not cover these fees
Missed-appointment fees are not billable to dental insurance and are the patient's responsibility.
