Not “what is the cheapest implant?” but what will this cost me over 20 years?
A bridge or partial denture can look cheaper on day one. Add relines, remakes and replacements and the picture changes. This is one missing premolar at the fee ranges below.

of dental implants are still in service at ten years, among the most predictable procedures in dentistry. The crown on top is the wearing part; the titanium beneath it is usually permanent.
The implant carries a single crown renewal; the partial denture needs relines and remakes; the bridge is remade twice, and often takes one of its two supporting teeth with it. Survival figures are drawn from published implant literature.

“I wanted to be with somebody who really cared about my journey and what I was looking for. She just looked me in my eye and told me, I hear you, I listen to you. And she did. It was very careful and very loving, actually. I have recommended her to several people, and I am bringing my mother here for treatment.”

“I have a nerve disorder in my face, and other oral surgeons did not want to touch me. Here it was completely different: warm, welcoming, and no pressure. So much care went into placing the implants to avoid the nerves. Now my whole family comes to this practice.”

Question 1 of 4
How many teeth are you looking to replace?
How the case is planned
Planned to the scan, placed to the plan.
A single uncomplicated tooth runs about six months from consultation to final crown, and most of that is healing rather than appointments. A site that needs grafting adds three to four months.
1
3D CBCT imaging
A low-dose scan renders the jaw in three dimensions: bone height, bone width, the sinus floor and the path of the nerve. The implant is chosen against real anatomy rather than a flat film.
No guesswork about bone
2
Fully guided surgery
The plan is converted into a printed surgical guide that fixes angle and depth before the first instrument touches bone. Smaller openings, and a restoration that seats as designed.
Placed to the plan, to the degree
3
Same-day provisional
Where bone quality allows, a temporary tooth is delivered the day the fixture is placed. You do not leave with a visible gap while the implant integrates beneath it.

Common questions
The six questions patients ask most.
Price, coverage, comfort, longevity, age, and why not simply a bridge. We are glad to answer all of them in writing.
Isn’t it far cheaper abroad?
Cheaper today, costlier to revise
Often, yes, and frequently on a fixture system no local dentist can service. When a screw loosens or a crown fractures, the revision is billed here at a full fee, and the warranty is a flight away.
Does insurance cover any of it?
Usually part of it
Most plans now pay toward the extraction, the graft and the crown, up to an annual maximum. We file a written pre-treatment estimate so you see the plan’s own number before deciding.
Is the surgery painful?
Less than the extraction
Placement is done under local anesthetic, with sedation available. Most patients report less discomfort than the extraction itself and manage the next two days on ibuprofen alone.
How long will it last?
95% at ten years
About 95 percent of implants are still in service at ten years. The crown is the wearing part and may be renewed once; the titanium beneath it is normally permanent.
Am I too old for this?
Age is not the test
Healing capacity and bone volume are, and both are measured at the consultation. We place implants routinely for patients in their seventies and eighties.
Why not just a bridge?
It costs two healthy teeth
A bridge is quicker and cheaper today, but it costs two healthy teeth their enamel and lets the bone beneath the span resorb. Over twenty years it is usually the more expensive choice.
