What can I eat after All-on-4 surgery?

Diet progression after All-on-4:

First 2 weeks (soft foods only): - Smoothies and protein shakes - Yogurt and pudding - Mashed potatoes - Scrambled eggs - Soup (not too hot) - Soft fish - Avocado

Weeks 3-8 (gradually firmer): - Pasta - Soft meats (cut small) - Cooked vegetables - Soft bread - Most fruits (avoid biting into hard ones)

After permanent teeth (3-6 months): - Eat virtually anything! - Steak and chewy meats - Apples and raw vegetables - Nuts and seeds - Crusty bread

Foods to always avoid: - Ice (chewing) - Hard candy - Using teeth as tools

One of the greatest benefits of All-on-4 is returning to a normal diet. Many patients say eating corn on the cob and biting into an apple again are among their happiest moments.
