How do I clean my Invisalign aligners?

Keeping Invisalign aligners clean is important for hygiene and clarity:

Daily cleaning routine: - Remove aligners morning and night - Rinse under lukewarm water - Brush gently with soft toothbrush - Use clear, unscented soap if needed - Rinse thoroughly

Weekly deep cleaning: - Soak in Invisalign cleaning crystals - Or use denture cleaning tablets - Or soak in 50/50 water/white vinegar (15 min)

What NOT to do: - No hot water (warps plastic) - No colored mouthwash (stains) - No toothpaste (abrasive, can scratch) - No harsh chemicals - Don't leave out to dry (bacteria)

Tips for fresh aligners: - Never eat with aligners in - Brush teeth before reinserting - Rinse aligners when you remove them - Store in case when not wearing - Keep case clean too

Since you change aligners every 1-2 weeks, slight discoloration isn't a big concern. Focus on removing plaque and bacteria.
